This pressing is a very special oil from a single grove at the foot of the hilltop town Ostuni, Italy. Cold pressed and unfiltered, the flavor profile is peppery butter with zero bitterness and almond notes.

Pretty much the ultimate summer oil for salads, fish, vegetables or as a dip with crusty bread.
