Some of our favorite memories at Nue have come from private events. It's a chance to slow down, get creative, and build something that's unique to the people walking through the door.
Whether you're planning a birthday, graduation, wedding celebration, rehearsal dinner, holiday party, company event, team dinner, or just looking for a reason to gather friends around a table, we'd love to help.
We can host everything from a group of 12 to a full restaurant buyout. If you don't need the entire restaurant, we can also reserve one side of the dining room while remaining open to other guests. Our indoor dining room seats up to 40 people, and every event is customized to fit your group.

No two events are alike, so we don't force them into rigid packages. Choose the layout, format, and style that makes the most sense for your gathering.
THIS IS WHERE WE GET CREATIVE
Private events let us do things we'd never put on our everyday menu. Over the years we've created dishes from guests' home countries that they hadn't been able to find in Seattle. We've served liquid nitrogen ice cream, built one-night-only tasting menus, and created completely custom experiences around a celebration.
