Designed to foster an appreciation of our global neighbors through the sharing of delicious food and drink, One-World Dinners bring Seattle together for a night of engaging conversation, ridiculously amazing food and fun.

Colonized more times than any other Caribbean nation, Trinidad and Tobago has a food tradition as rich and complex as their history.  With a melding of Caribbean, Indian, South Asian, African, Creole, Cajun, Amerindian, Portuguese, Spanish, Latin American, Chinese, Jewish and Arab flavors, the dishes of this twin island nation are unquestionably unique, explosively colorful and of course, insanely delicious.

Menu & Cost

6-course, One-World Dinners are $55/person.
Price does not include drinks, tax or gratuity.

Dinner Service

Two seatings are available. The first begins at 5:30pm and a second at 8pm for the night owls.  As this is a 'communal' event, many of the dishes served will be shared with others so please be on time. Whether you come by yourself or with families and friends, we encourage everyone to come with a goal of getting to know one or two other diners well by the end of the night.

The evening's food offerings will of course be of the same, high caliber deliciousness as can always be expected at Nue.  None of the dishes showcased however will be taken from our 'regular menu' offerings.

Going 'off script' takes even more preparation than usual and seating is limited so we do ask that guests reserve their seats early by purchasing a $25 Reservation Deposit below for each member of your party.

$25 Reservation Deposits will be credited and applied to your final bill.  For refunds and cancellations, we ask for a 4 days notice. Cancellations made with less than 4 days notice will forfeit the $25 Reservation Deposit.
